How to import Shopify orders into a 3PL

Stop forwarding CSVs in email. Connect the store, pull open orders, then let routing rules assign Harbor 3PL, EU Gateway, or in-house.

Connect, then pull

In Integrations, add a store name, platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, or CSV), and domain. Use Pull mock Shopify on the orders page or paste a CSV with order_id, customer, SKU, quantity, and destination.

What happens after import

New rows land as pending. Auto-route applies the first matching rule by priority. Create a mock label when you are ready to show a branded tracking page.

Pair this with routing rule design so imported orders do not sit unassigned.
